We get many questions asking what type of travel we provide, to which destinations, and also many questions on who can take advantage of our travel services. These are all great questions, so we wanted to answer many of them right here for you:

Question:

What Type of Travel Service do you provide?

Answer:

We provide All types of travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rental, vacation packages, travel insurance, plus a variety of other services that compare to many online travel suppliers such as Travelocity, Expedia, plus local retail travel establishments, like Marlin Travel, SellOffVacations, and more.

However, we go even further, because we are Specialists in several areas of travel, including Destination Weddings, Group Vacation Travel, and Corporate Travel Services. So we not only can handle all your basic travel needs, but we are experienced in many areas of travel that you may not find with many of the online travel suppliers and local retail travel agencies.

Question:

What makes you any different from the online travel companies or our local retail travel companies?

Answer:

Excellent question! The real difference between our travel company and many of the online and local retail travel companies is that we are an independent travel company associated with a very large and reputable travel service organization located in Canada called "Travel Professionals International". No matter where we are in the world, if there is Internet access, we can accommodate our clients travel requests virtually 24/7.

We run our own business via our home, which allows us to provide our existing clients the best customer service possible, and keep our prices competitive. We work on your time, and not set scheduled hours like retail travel stores. We have found this to be a crucial part of our service, and our customers really appreciate it. If you want to compare us to online travel suppliers, the real difference would be that you're talking to live humans that have been in the travel business for over 15 years combined. You're getting experts that can handle all your travel, and provide you peace-of-mind.

Question:

Why should I book my travel with you, when I can do it myself online?

Answer:

Another Excellent question! To answer this without putting you to sleep, is for us to ask you this question. If you were offered a personal assistant that would do your shopping, fuel your car, and take care of many of the small tasks that you're too busy to do in the day, and all this was given to you for FREE!

Would you take up that offer?

Now, imagine that you allow us to handle all your travel arrangements at no charge to you. We have access to many airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and vacation suppliers that we check for you, and find you the best price and travel itineraries. After we make all the reservations for you, we monitor your flights, and other travel components, and if there are any errors, schedule changes, or sudden cancellations, we notify you immediately! We provide you all these services for FREE!

Question:

What about all those Service Fees that other agencies charge me when I book my travel with them?

Answer:

We agree with you, because there are many times a travel agent is required to charge you a service fee. Unfortunately some airlines and select travel suppliers out there decided not to pay travel agencies, which is a reality of this business we can't control.

That's not a big deal for us though. Most of our travel partners and suppliers do pay us for providing our clients their services, and at any time you contact us and we notice that we are required to charge you a service fee, we will let you know this upfront, and still assist you in finding the best deals! In the end, we will allow you to decide whether you want to book that particular travel portion with us, or with another supplier, such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc. The Choice will be Yours!

The bottom line is that we want to earn and keep your business. We will not lose it to a couple of airline bookings, and this is what truly separates us from other agencies, we care enough to establish a business relationship with you, and are willing to provide you the service that you expect at no additional cost!
